Deborah has worked in the field of prevention and health for most of her career. She has spent the past eleven years at the Center for Cultural Experiences in Prevention as a project director or coordinator of prevention programs. She is currently the project coordinator for the Raise 5 project. Prior to that she was the project director for a project on family, community, and cultural factors in tobacco and other drug use. In her spare time, Deborah plays the guitar, and she is fluent in American Sign Language.
